Definitely hit up some spaghetti!! You've got all I can think you'd need, plus chicken.

I'm not a great cook, so maybe I just glossed over a key ingredient. I need to make spaghetti one of these days. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Do you have oil? You can crust the chicken with garlic, salt, and herbs, pan fry it, serve it over tomato sauce and pasta if you are comfortable making sauce from whole tomatoes (Put onions in the sauce. Is not done often enough.). Top with cheese if desired.

You could make a chicken parmesan lasagna using the lasagna noodles: Chicken Parmesan Lasagna | Better Recipes

My suggestion is based on what ingredients you have and not from experience with cooking, so take it with a grain of salt.

Thanks guys, I ended up making a lasagna of sorts.

I grated up the pumpkin and fried it off with some onion, made up a tomato sauce with some tinned tomatoes and herbs, made a cheese sauce, then sliced the chicken, cooked it and did some layers!

It's in the oven now, I'll wait to see how it turns out!
