I believe that people should be able to sell or use drugs in the privacy of their own home
I believe people should have the right to own guns and as many as they want and defend their home as they see fit.
I believe that police should arrest the people who produce child porn not the offender who download it. A 17 year old or a 15 year old can look like a adult and be mistaken as one so viewers should not be targeted.
So many small crimes make innocent people out to be villains when a police officer can get away with anything. My dad's cousin ran a strip club/bar in his conservative county for years and started a prositution ring the largest in the Minnesota's history. He was later charged and lost all he worked for. After going to jail he sued so many times because he felt his civil liberties were violated and I think they were. He did a bad thing by bringing a gun into the county government meeting holding people hostage and was tragically shot by police and shot more times than necessary. I feel more bad for him than the anybody despite the fact his last actions were wrong.

It's my personal belief that the privacy of individual and their properties should always be respected as told by the US consitution.

I'm only planning on touching on this single subject:
Child pornography is a product of adolescent predation, abuse, and exploitation. Exclaiming that people should have a right to share and view child pornography as long as they were not the creators is the equivalent of claiming that we should all have the right to pull up a chair and heat some popcorn when rape and murder are unraveling before us.

There is no excuse for using the victimizing of anyone, especially a child, for sexual gratification.

This whole line of discussion isn't really appropriate for a support community. There are plenty of places that would be more appropriate, such as a forum on libertarian thinking, constitutional law discussion, and such. Please take the discussion to a place more appropriate for it.
