I'm totally a granny-panties person. I figure, if they're going to come off, then what's the point of making them fancy?

 

Hate em; there's just something so...eh about em. Then again I don't care for underwear that exposing anyways...

I wear boxers. I think I tried a thong once. Didn't care for it. But the few people I've heard opinions from, they didn't mention anything about discomfort or hygiene. No, just that they aren't modest enough. And that's bullshit. Other people's underwear isn't my business.

I have one, and only wear it when everything else is dirty. I prefer boy-cut girls' undies, they're less exposing...

 

thongs/g-strings are not for me but i don't mind if other people like them.

 

Definitely not for me. I'm all for cute underwear, but I feel that at that point I might as well not wear anything.

 

I like having more than two inches of fabric covering my ass. So, I'm definitely a boxers kind of guy.

 

I don't like them. I don't care about modesty, but they look ugly. However, I've never tried them.

 

Torture devices. Why on earth would I want a string of cloth between my cheeks? It sounds absolutely horrible.

If I'm no my period, I wear bikinis. Any other day, I'm a boxer brief or boxer guy. But thongs leave my butt cold and irritated, so I don't like them.

Now this is probably random but I think Shimapan are way sexier than thongs. Shimapan is a type of striped panties at they're soft and cute. I'm thinking of getting some made for men. Everyone has their own personal tastes in underwear and I've even met women who like boxers.

 

Right there with you. I would rather them be comfortable then cute. Plus they are usually cheap and can be bought in bulk. But I will say, I like the satin ones. They are really not any "sexier" than the cotton ones, but there is just something about them that I like. But I normally stick with cotton, since they are cheaper and I'm poor, (no joke, I really am).

 

Don't get those. I'm not going to go into details about what happens when I wear them, but I can't wear them at all (and I'm sure I'm not the only ones). The synthetics (like microfiber) keep all the moisture in, making you a) hot and slimy, and b) much more prone to yeast infections (if you've ever had one, you know what they are like... not fun).

There are cute cotton ones out there if you're willing to pay for them. But the 6-pack ones can also be cute, depending on the brand and the prints. Those that contain a little bit of spandex usually look better than the plain Fruit of the Loom, so they're a happy middle, IMO.
