A friend and i were having a chat about birth control , I said that I was planning on going on birth control , I want to because I hate my period and want it to come less , . Then she said "Why the hell would you need to take birth control Your a lesbian ! " I was shocked at first because I was like wow no one has ever believed me when i said I was a lesbian and finally she does and this is the first time I've ever been called a lesbian and not in a bad way just like who I am kinda way . I though wow she finally believes me . My friend told me I was way to femme to be a lesbian . I'm so happy you guys (!) I'm still getting the birth control
Wow, that's awesome! Congrats! And your sexuality doesn't need to dictate whether or not you go on birth control. I have to admit, since I started on birth control, I haven't had period cramps anymore, which I think is definitely worth it. And I can keep good track of when my period will start, without having to remember the date. There are many benefits, but I'm sure you already know that It's your choice anyway

Yay! And I know exactly what you mean about the birth control. My mom sometimes says I should get on it just for pms. I tell you, I could rip the head off a puppy, I get so bitchy.
I won't take birth control because it slightly increases your breast cancer risk, and my risk is already elevated due to a family history.
Thanks guys . my period pains have gotten bad recently it was so bad last month that I had to be sent him early from work . So I think the birth control would help . I'm not moody but I can't handle the pain sometimes
