Has anyone ever heard of getting a tattoo with the date you first came out of the closet? I know that people get tattoos of like clean dates and anniversaries, but I thought a coming out tattoo was an interesting idea.
It's an interesting idea but one I find kind of difficult to get behind. I mean I've only come out to 4 people about my sexual orientation, and all of those where on different occasions so I wouldn't know which date to pick anyway. As for gender, while I know the exact date I went full time, it would bother me marking that day, just because I feel like it would detract from the fact that I was certain of who I was long before I was allowed to go full time! But then if that's the kind of thing you can get behind, why not?
