I told one of my friends that I had an Operation to get my left testicle removed, somehow that spread around and now everyone knows. So is it illegal to reveal your OWN Medical History?

Barring some weird laws in the UK because of the fact that you're a minor, privacy laws, such as HIPAA in the US, are designed to prevent the dissemination of medical information to those who are not authorized by the patient/guardian. And you can't get mad/sue at the fact that the information spread because you released the information to the public. Had your doctor told someone who was not authorized to know about your surgery (e.g. a random stranger), then there might be a case of violation of doctor-patient confidentiality, breach of medical ethics, and a possible violation of privacy statutes.

    *not a lawyer

No, of course not. But I would say that it's inadvisable to do so in a lot of circumstances.

no...it only becomes illegal when you out another person's medical status or protected status

Like, even if you had HIV and told the world...well that's on you

But to spread another person's protected status or medical information without release is illegal

    The right for privacy?

But as said before, if YOU told it to someone then u can't do anything about it if he spreads it, unless he signed a contract :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
