Feel pretty crap and want to warm up, as football training (soccer for Americans) absolutely chucked it down and I'm freezing.
Warm shower, especially getting the feet soaked for a while in the warm water, always seems to help me. If I have sore feet, epsom salt soaks always help.
once it is safe to do so, I ama huge fan of hyperthermic baths. I get the water to about 130 degrees with epsom salts and whatever herb I want that night and soak for a half hour. Then wrap in towels and a blanket and stay like that another half hour. After I am done I literally feel like I have the flu for like an hour but the next day I am absolutely refreshed otherwise I am a huge fan of electric heating blankets for warming up.
