So, I'm at the age now where the grey hairs are finally starting to force their way through (more noticeable in my beard when I don't shave actually).

Question for all of you... go grey gracefully or be disgraceful and colour it?

    What would you do?

Well, my mom colors it and let's just say it looks awesome on her. My dad goes au naturel.

I don't have any gray hairs but I think that when I do get them later on, I will probably not color my hair. But I would probably shave my facial hair. Not a fan of a graying beard, but maybe that's just because of my age . However, if my partner/husband wanted me to dye my hair, I wouldn't mind.

My mother colours her hair; she's waiting until it's fully grey until she stops so that it doesn't look bad to her. I think hers is a good method, though some people look good with greying hair that's left naturally.

Well I have grey hair since 21 soo new ones doesn't bother me much. However the ones on the goatee are a bit annoying.

For your question depends how you are greying and how you see them. Greys on temple makes men hot and charismatic. Hmm well any kind of grey hair is kinda charismatic, give a man aura of experience so probably instinctly you think they will take good care of you and know what they should do in bed. :rolle:

If it is uncomfortable for you dye it. However dyeing need constant attention so that means so much hussle for me.

Last time I went to the hairdressers she noticed that I had a grey hair, before proceeding to rip it out from the roots to show all her colleagues. I've never been back since! However I think if I was to go grey fully in the future, I would leave it. My dad's greying gracefully. But my mum is still colouring her hair!

I have noticed some greys on mee too (not many, but still there), though i seem to be following the steps of my father and getting them on the sides like the guy from the fantastic four.

I think the would probably look good on you Linco :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

It's not disgraceful to color it. Many people dye their hair all types of colors, and possibly any color can look good on someone as long as they do it right and can pull it off. You're only 38, so dye it if you want. That's probably what I would do at that age if my hair starts greying noticeably at that age, mainly because I like my hair being dark, but grey hair as well as white hair usually looks really good in my opinion. So do what ever you feel the most comfortable doing, and don't feel pressured to do either one. It's your choice and will probably look good either way so don't worry about it too much and have your hair be whatever color you want it to be.

If you have long hair, I would leave it gray and even color it white.
I just think it looks so awesome, like a drow (my avatar!)

I've just let the gray hair be.

I also am not doing anything for hair loss. Actually, I can see advantages of being totally bald: time and cost savings not getting a hair cut every so often.

I've honestly been very worried about it. In the straight "community", gray hair on a guy is supposed to make him more attractive. However, since I seem to repel anything with a vagina (that is under 50 years old), the gray encroaching on my scalp and face isn't doing me any good. Consequently, I've found out from posting here how obsessed the gay community is with youth, so while I've just begun to explore the possibility of a same-sex relationship, I feel like I'm shit out of luck there too.

Do penguins find gray hair attractive? Maybe find a place for myself at the South Pole.

I've found a few grays. My hair is really long, so I sometimes spot them when I brush. The same ones, I think.

    I might give them names.

It depends...my facial hair was very ginger and there were no grey hairs...only white. I looked like an aging Irish setter. I simply went clean shaven until it was all white. As for my hair I'd never colour it...strawberry blond, white at the temples...just kind of blends in. Most men don't get their hair dyed professionally and it looks it. Upkeep is costly and constant...then there's the grow out. keep it groomed and natural. I had a buddy who went white at 25 and another who's salt and pepper and looks like Clooney. Natural's good.
