In English class we were watching an Oprah episode about the car accident in witch a dead girl's identity got switched with the one's who lived. The parents of the dead girl and the girl who lived were on the set with Oprah. The parents of the girl who lived say "We thank Jesus Christ for saving our daughter" At that moment I made a short 2 second giggle, because in my mind it was clear that they just said "Jesus saved our daughter, but left 5 other people for dead,praise the Lord" It was a big bitchslap in the face of the parents with the dead daughter. I sounded like a total sadist or something... Should I feel bad?
If anyone asks what you were laughing at, *tell them*!! Your point is wonderful and dead-on. If nobody cares enough to ask, then no, you should not care for them.
