I found a shirt I sorta like but erm... Dunno if I can wear it

    Basically it's got

    I'm only gay when boys kiss me written on it and I kinda like it. Sort of tongue and cheek. What would you think if you saw someone wearing it

    But what would you think if you saw it. Like does sound like someone make fun of gay, someone who is gay or someone who is just I dunno pretending. I dunno why I like it... I just think it's quite light hearted and different

    I wouldn't make fun of you for wearing it. You shouldn't care what anyone thinks.
    It's YOUR body. You have the right to wear whatever you want (as long as you aren't naked :lol:slight_smile:.

    I think it’s original and I think it would viewed as a gay person joking (in a good way) about his sexuality. You probably look cute in it XD, I say buy it.

    I think its funny as well, I would probably giggle too if I saw someone wearing it.

    I wouldn't wear it for another reason but I see you're out so np there :grin:

    Thought I'd let ya all know I'm gonna return the shirt. Parents aren't too keen and other reasons such as being worried I'm gonna get called or hit or something despite me having previously worn a Mickey Mouse shirt ands gaga shirt.

    Anyways it's sort of puta spanner In the works and now I don't think I should have bought it

    It's about wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident.

    If the thought of people noticing the shirt makes you feel awkward, then don't wear it.

    If I was worried about that I wouldn't wear my Mickey Mouse tops or gaga top. It's just... I dunno. I like the shirt and the quote is pretty funny but my parents are worried about what will happen if I wear it which has put doubt in my mind

    Probably should never have bought it to begin with. Just thought it would be original and well, out of the blue but I dunno

    I wouldn't worry that much especially if you're out to everyone you know. If some gives you flak for it being homophobic, then just mention you happen to be gay. If someone insults you for it, just ignore them and move on.

    You can be made fun of for anything so don't worry about it all. I know once I wore a t-shirt with Jigglypuff on it and someone made a rude comment on it. I didn't let it bother me because I felt comfortable in it and liked the shirt.

    Honestly, the world isn't going to explode if you wear it. It's a cute shirt, and if you like it don't let your parents influence you on your opinion of it. The world is becoming a much more accepting place when it comes to homosexuality. I actually saw a video on youtube where this guy just went up to strangers and said "I'm gay", and nearly all the comments from strangers off the street were filled with love and support. Be proud of who you are. You have no reason to hide it or be afraid. It's not in bad taste and you're not going to get jumped for wearing it.
