Being partly of Sicilian extraction, and a lover of Italian food, I make a LOT of pasta dishes. I haven't bought any Barilla since this happened, and have switched to DeCecco. A better pasta, by far. I'd estimate we go though 3 pounds/boxes of dried pasta a week. As Guido Barilla said, if they don't like it, they can buy another brand. And so me and my mate have been doing just that. Even though they've since apologized, I'm stubborn! And enjoying a higher quality pasta.
