I'm vegan. At this point (a few months in after being vegetarian), I can't even stand the smell or the idea of meat, dairy, eggs etc.

Non-veg. I have iron-deficiency anemia, so I have to eat meat.
I think pork is disgusting, though.

Non. I consider myself a picky meat eater. I mainly eat bacon, hot dogs, and sometimes chicken. It's not much, but I wouldn't consider myself vegetarian for doing so.

I don't like milk either, or eggs...

I'll eat them when they're in something like cake, but they're pretty gross on their own.
I can't live without cheese, though!

I'm Pescetarian, but I'm slowly trying to get away from dairy products.

I started not eating heavely processed foods latley, so no more salami, hot-dogs, etc.
I want to only eat fish milk and eggs as a source of protein soon.

In between. I will eat meat, but it's not a daily thing. I can go long stretches (months, even) without having meat. This has actually been, to a degree, a thing going back to when I was young. My mother did a fair amount of vegetarian cooking in the 80s. The meatless stretches weren't as long as they are now.

Vegetables, soya products (they usually have suppliments in them) and other stuff. I've never had to consciously look out for my consumption of calcium (or anything else for that matter)

Almond Milk is just as good as dairy milk. It tastes better and is better for you. Also a lot of greens have calcium such as Collard Greens. Collard greens have 357mg per 1 cup while milk only has 300mg. Then there's raw Kale, turnip greens, garlic, arugula, broccoli rabe, mustard greens, raw spinach and more.

Same here! I try to stay away from most processed foods and I eat organic meat when I can.
I recently learned that I'm gluten-intolerent, so I'm slowly moving away from gluten products as well.

I've thought about trying almond milk, and rice milk also. I'm sure it can't taste as bad as dairy milk...

I also try to avoid processed foods. And when I get something that is processed, I try for a product that is based around natural foods. I read ingredients, and if I see names that sound like stuff I might have heard about in high school chemistry, I put the package back on the shelf.

I prefer Almond Milk, though rice isn't bad, but it tastes way better than dairy milk. And if you substitute dairy milk out with it in cooking, you can't tell a difference at all. :icon_bigg
