    They're not always what they're cracked up to be. I think you should enjoy your freedom - date, travel, socialise... Basically do everything you want to do before you get tied down. (^_~)

    I do too, but I don't even know how that would work for me. I've only gone on a date once. With a guy. Neither one of us consider it an actual date, considering it was a disaster.

    But, of course, no one even knows I'm gay, sooo.... yeah.

    Prom is on the 26th. Do I have a date? nope. Not going to this one, but I am going to a mini prom that's next weekend. I am going next year to prom though. Will I have a date? Probs not. Wanna go to Prom with me next year? :lol:

    I find it's worse if you don't have friends around.

    I mean a lot of the things I like doing are more fun with someone else...watching movies, playing games and things like that are great with friends...but you know, they would be even better if afterwards there was snuggling under a blanket and someone telling me I look cute :3

    Totally understand. I hate hiding, but I've never been comfortable with every other part of me, so the fact that I'm gay is a little bit harder to gain confidence over.

    Precisely. It had its perks for the first few months after my last break-up (a whopping 7 years ago). Now I just want someone to cuddle and say cutesy things to.

    Sorry you are lonely. Do have friends around that you can go out with? Maybe get a new hobby that has other people around so you can make new friends.

    I have only been in long distance for the past year and a half and its like UGH i need someone here. Him and I broke up and now i just want a girlfriend, guys are too hard
