    I bought a bag full of rhubarb and custards last week to keep in the car for long journeys. I munched my way through them in three days.. and I didn't do any particularly long journeys. The Dentist will love me.

    Also like Wine Gums and Black Jacks (not at the same time though).

    Haribos are my favourite jellies. I am partial to jelly babies and jelly beans too.

    Does anyone remember Joosters? I used to love them.

    But they discontinued them. Story of my life....they always seem to discontinue the stuff I like :frowning2:

    Ah, joosters were a bit much for me. Guess I'm just not used to having something explode in my mouth.

    Sherbet lemons, yes! Those are gooood!

    I miss the old cola bottles - not the current chewy kind but the ones that got stuck in your teeth. They were good. And milk bottles. And those fizzy strawberry things, they were long and flat, not the laces. Had a sour hint. Good times.

    I miss penny sweets.

    I was under the impression this was a reference to a particular brand of English candies.

    In that case I like jelly belly jelly beans, snickers, hi-chew, and Ramune brand fizzy soda hard candy.

    Been there, done that, liked it. I might be a bit mad!

    I buy most of my candy in bulk. It lasts me months. It actually equates to me eating less candy overall. Plus I save money. It all adds up.

    Atomic fireblast; I've been eating them since I was a kid. Several at once. BURN. Sometimes I drink alcohol instead of water for a while. They used to be called Fireballs. I buy this from Amazon. Toxic waste candy; black cherry and watermelon flavours are 'meh'. Apple is good. Lemon and blueberry are the best. I import this from the USA. Chewits xtreme sour apple chews; they're less sour than toxic waste. Disappointing. Also; Galaxy chocolate, Aero peppermint chocolate, Spearmint chews, Trebor 'extra strong' mints, and Polo mints.

    Slightly related; I remember Yorkie bars and their reverse psychology of 'not for girls'.

    Lol I remember when I was a kid, my sisters friend said you could get the cola out of the sweet you know the brown part.. It it was a mystery how she could do it.. But as I got older I realised she was lying :dry:
