    Suppose in the future, they could make Androids that were so human, you couldn't really tell them apart. Would you date one? You could even decide certain elements of their personality, interests, sexual inclinations...

    For me, though, I think it would seem odd. The Android would have to make the first move!

    I guess it would depend how intelligence and personality work in these particular androids.

    Yea I would prefer to. They could be made to be prefect for you. You would never have to settle.

    Now that would put me right off...

    I definitely couldn't date a custom made android, they would have to have their own personality and flaws just like anybody else...

    If it had intelligence like a human essentially then sure. I mean we are technically biological machines with fancy electrochemical interactions in our brain.

    Yes I would. If they had true A.I. then heck yeah. I would not be comfortable buying a lovebot or some such though.

    ...Yes. I want an army of robot servants, stat!
    It would creep me out if they didn't have free will and independence, though.
    I'd pick a few traits to start with, but the robot should be able to develop their own interests.
