    What do you do to escape reality? Or just to relieve stress?

    Me personally I sing. Music to me is an ultimate expression of my feelings. I also like to write. I guess you would call these hobbies, but I feel like these things keep me sane rather than just entertained. How about you?

    Sometime when I get really stressed I stab a cardboard box until I feel better... Other than that I listen to music or draw.

    To escape reality, I like to make a cup of tea and curl up with a good book, or veg out to Netflix and/or funny videos on YouTube.

    I shower in the dark then lay down on my tub with the hot water running..the feeling is indescribable. It's freaking amazing. <3

    Listen to music. Death metal is good at drowning out everything else.

    I also lose myself in video games and my art, but sometimes I stress too much over my art so I have to be in the right frame of mind to make anything.

    Let music be my guide, sometimes I'll just zone out playing my guitar letting it wash over me. Occasionally I'll sing out while playing, I also really like writing, poetry, songs, Or working on my book. I just try to turn my mind off, lol.
