I'm typing this from my iPod touch which is a pain, but I have no computer because I'm backstage. It's opening night and I'm so nervous! The show is The Music Man. It's my first show at a professional theatre!!! So yeah- wish me luck!
haha I think I'm too late. But does anyone know where break a leg came from? And why its so good luck to 'break a leg' on stage? :O
I think it comes from the idea that actors are superstitious,so there's a thing about wishing the opposite. If you wished "Good Luck", it would bring bad luck. So, saying,"Break a leg", will bring good luck. Does that make sense??
