No, I have no fear of death what so ever. It's going to happen anyway, and it matters not if I'm alone or with someone because after I die, I won't be aware of that fact as I will cease to exist.

That's why I try to enjoy livery second of the life I live and why life is precious to me.

    Happy days

I'm afraid of a lot of things, but that's probably the last thing I'd be afraid of.

I guess neither really. I can't say I'm not scared but that doesn't mean I'm scared either. I also think about life as a miracle because I think it really is a miracle that we just happen to be where we are, the way we are. So the only way I think of death is giving back for being able to be me. If that makes any sense....

In some way yes! but it's more on afraid of leaving other people behind me especially if I have a wife or kids. However, I'm also aware for that fact that when you die you cannot just drag people and join your death so that you won't be all alone, that's not how it works. If it's your time then your time be it alone or not.

    Yes.

Even though I have a partner, I do worry sometimes, what if he does? We've been together so long, I don't think I could ever see anyone else, and I don't have much family, and it's too late to adopt kids.

So yes, I do worry a great deal about this.

And big family or small, family is family
What's the right age to adopt kids? Is there an upper limit? Just curious

Ah, well, I think I've passed it...or at least being in good enough financial shape in time.

I think you want to probably be 40-50 at the most, or younger, depending on the age kid you adopt. One thing that complicates this is that you need good credit, an excellent job, savings, and it helps a LOT to own a house, plus there's maybe $10-20 grand in legal fees/fees, depending. So for me, there's no way to get all this in shape, in time. I just have never earned enough $$$.

But thanks for not leaving me! I have a sister, back in Michigan, that's about all, may age, in my family. Mone of us reproduced much...but I hope to still have friends, that can be like family.
