    Oh I had a crush on a guy that I went to middle school and high school with. I was still crushing and dreaming about him time to time through college..so that would about 10 years.

    BTW, he was totally straight...but it was still nice having that fantasy. :slight_smile:

    Arguably 3 years, but it wasn't really a crush considering I was 10-12 at the time, and it was a guy...

    Couldn't tell you for a girl, though, considering I'm still remembering events and realizing I was deeply attracted to certain people throughout my life...

    hmm, longest crush? Umm, last year, I met this girl and we became friends, then I realized I liked her and never told her and we're still friends. and i still kind of like her. So, like 8 months.

    I would say it was about two years. The weirdest part was I knew nothing was going to happen between us, but there was just something about her.

    I honestly don't crush for very long x.x My current crush on my best friend (who is a girl that my parents disapprove of me even being friends with her) has lasted about 8 months. The longest crush I've ever had was with my older brothers best friend, which lasted maybe a year and a half

    The longest crush I've ever had is my current one, which makes sense, since it's my first one.

    Ouch. It was about 4 years on and off for me, but when it was on, it was fierce. Paralyzing. And I only ever said about two sentences to her in that entire time. X.X

    4 years. I was infatuated with this girl. I finally got over it last year, and it's kind of weird that it's not there anymore.

    I tend to have huge crushes though. Very rarely does it last less than 3 months.

    You bring up a good point. I haven't fully gotten over mine either, and that kernel of regret is still there. But I'm otherwise happily taken and thoughts of her don't dominate my head.

    It was very on-and-off, and couldn't really be considered a crush, but it took me about 3 years to get over my ex-boyfriend. We'd known each other since we were 5, and I feel for him really, really hard. But, it was on and off, so it wasn't the full 3 years.
