guitars? sexy?

I think it's totally sexy!

Pretty much any kind of musical ability is a turn on for me, but the ability to sing or play the guitar/piano/violin is especially sexy. :icon_redf

If somebody pulled out any instrument and tried to serenade me on a first date, I'd be flattered, but would probably find it to be a little bit dorky, no matter how talented they were. After a few dates or if I got to know them better though, it'd be a huge turn on. My last girlfriend was great at playing guitar, and I always loved it when she played...

If you sit in front of me and play the single worst rendition of the worst song in the whole world with genuine enthusiasm and love for the instrument then as far as I'm concerned your as good to me as the best musicians in the world.

If you sit in front of me and play a flawless rendition of an incredible song with no feeling, no soul and no enthusiasm, if you play me something perfect that comes across clinical you've turned you completely off.

Music is about fun. It's something to be enjoyed. I'd rather sit with someone and mess around on 2 instruments neither of us have ever played and be terrible together than perform a perfectly executed duet any day of the week.

 

OMG! If anyone can play anything I am so yours!! Even if you have an intense interest in music and can't really play anything, I'm still yours!!! Absolutely love music! Really want to learn how to play something...Guitar would be awesome!

 

For me, a date playing guitar/piano/other various musical instruments - or singing, no matter how badly - is definitely romantic. I used to buy my ex-girlfriend songbooks from some of my favorite bands, and she would play them on her guitar for her and I. She hadn't been playing very long, but it was lovely, even when she made mistakes!
