So, just an opinion question. Is giving your number to someone you don't know too foreword, or is that okay? Are there any rules regarding phone numbers?

It's just that there is this cute waiter that works at a small restaurant in town, he smiles at me whenever I go in, and even gave me a wink the last time. I kind of have a crush... lol.

Any help would be awesome!

I would say that it could go either way. Cell phone numbers could be fine, but i wouldnt want any cute guy you see having a way to follow you home with your home phone.

Hmm, that's what I was thinking. I just didn't want to be too much of a creeper. If not, should I introduce myself? I just feel like all those options are too forword, the whole asking out guys thing is pretty new to me, lol.

I was thinking that a cell phone number would be safest too. I'm just not familiar with "leaving a phone number" etiquette, haha.

See if this waiter has aim/msn. I think thats the best way. Then, when you get to know him. Go for the phone number!
