I didn't know where to ask for advice so figured I'd post here. So there's this guy I met because of a school project, and I can't get him out of my head. I'm so intrigued by him. He's not douchy like most guys at my college; he seems shy/geeky. I don't think he feels the same way about me cause I barely know him. Like i said, it's pathetic, but i really want to get to know him. He asked for my phone number, but I figured it was for the project, because he only texted me once about it. My friend keeps telling me to try and talk to him, but I have social anxiety and he seems pretty awkward too. What am I supposed to say to a person I know nothing about?
Since you have his number, you could just text him a general "hi, what's up" type of thing and let it move as it will.
