Like the title says i have heard it means a srraight guy who acts "camp"or a gay person who is in denial and says there straight even thought everyone knows there not.is it either of them or does it mean something else

I was being fully facetious towards the OP. The term "Homosensual" is such a joke! It's yet another term, to prevent men from fully growing the balls to admit they are Homosexual!
The terms you said already have far better words; camp = camp, and the second term would be "closet gay."
Makes much more sense now. I didn't get it because I've never heard the term before and I figured it was just a different version of homoromantic (as in asexual).
