Does one sex have more restrictions than the other of how free you are to dress and act how you want?

Women = not allowed to be topless in public
Men = allowed to be topless in public ( for the most part )

Women = at times not allowed to breast feed ( in some places. sorta ties into the first example )
Men = Not physically capable of doing so ( so far as I know )

Men = not allowed to wear skirts/dresses in public ( in the vast majority of places )
women = encouraged to wear skirts/dresses in public

Men = not allowed employment in many places based on hair length
women = allowed to work regardless of hair length.

Women = allowed to behave however they want at this point
Men = Not allowed to cry ( generally ), Not allowed to express sensitivity, not allowed to be seen as feminine, and not allowed to express vulnerability

These are the ones off the top of my head.
