    I've never been in a relationship with a guy, but for right now I don't mind being single. I like my freedom and I'm far too busy right now to be in a relationship.

    I, myself, have never been in a relationship, but I always want one. The feeling of being loved, not alone, cuddles, having someone to always be there for me.... I long for one because right now in real life I'm very lonely :frowning2:

    I can't vote! I prefer to be happy whether in a relationship, or not...

    Being in a relationship does not equal happiness folks! Being in a relationship will not cure loneliness either!

    Being in a relationship is first and foremost a sharing of one's abundance with another. Truth be told, we may never find that significant other...and it doesn't matter!

    If someone comes along, the way a beautiful sunset just appears, then I will call that a "relationship", but it is more like a gift that was never asked for. I would appreciate this unbidden gift and treasure it all the more because it could vanish just as easily as it appeared. And I would be grateful for having lived in that moment without ever possessing it.

    I've been single most of my life with the exception of two very short relationships with guys, one in middle school and one in high school, which I don't really think much of since I pretty much identify as gay. I feel okay being single but I'd prefer to have a relationship especially since I haven't had my first relationship with a girl yet.

    Single. Of all the relationships I've seen, the majority seemed to cause more enmity and anxiety for those involved than anything else. Especially the ones that seemed most promising at first. I've got other priorities at the moment before I think about contending with that prospect. At the moment I don't think I'm a mature enough human being to handle being in a relationship with another person anyway.

    I've been in a relationship. I was too busy to maintain it. I prefer to be single but I always want that feeling of cuddling up with someone for long periods of time so I don't know what to put.

    I've been single for the most of my adult life, but was married for 10 years. While I can enjoy single life, I want a relationship because life is better when you have someone to share it with.

    Well. I can't really answer. I would rather be single than in the wrong relationship. All of mine have been wrong.

    I'd definitely prefer to be in a relationship. I want the mundanity of it and the romance. I want someone to look after and ask how their day was. I want someone to write poems for and tell that they're beautiful. I want someone to love and who loves me back. I want to feel like I belong to someone.

    Even though I like the freedom it's not really freedom anymore because it's boring and I have nobody to share anything with. But that's just how it'll have to be until I'm out of high school.
    It's become one of my life goals to find the one, because simply financial stability wouldn't make me happy. Just allow me to exist.
