If you get totally hammered, then you're hit by a bus or something and you're in a coma for a month, when you wake up would you be hungover?

I know it sounds idiotic, but its for a story im writing.

I'm sure you wouldn't.. All the IVs and such would hydrate your body. I'm sure you wouldn't feel too good though, getting hit by a bus must suck. I got hit by a moped (it just snuck up on me?) and that wasn't too fun.

Technically the alcohol is no longer in the blood and there is probably no remains of it, so no.
But i suppose anyone waking up after a month of coma could feel a bit hungover...

As long as you're not considering this a good way to avoid a hangover.
