I got banned from a forum, is there a way I can sue? Maybe for unfair dismissal?

I've been banned here twice and I think it's foolish to sue you broke the rules you have to pay the price that's life and here on this site that applies sure we hate being banned but take it as a lesson learned and just don't do what you did before again .

Yeah, but I thought it was an unfair banning, which is why I thought I could sue for unfair dismissal, like when people get sacked from their job?

Not that I know of and besides would it really be worth the hassle of suing over an Internet forum?

Well obviously if they banned you you had broken the rules no matter if you think they were unfair you accepted the terms when joining that site to follow their rules and if you break them its on you not them.

You can't really do anything except contact the admins and try to reason with them; explain why you think you were wrongfully banned.

You..Don't understand how forums work, do you? The forum owner can ban you any time they want for any reason. You can't sue for it. If anything, you'd get laughed at. There's a massive difference between being banned from a forum and getting unfairly fired from a job.

    Basically this
I've been once banned because such a stupid thing I did and I'm sure I won't do that anymore.
Even if you haven't started you participated and that's why you get banned.

So would this be laughed out of court or do I have a case?

Okay....Now that idea is out of the window, do you think I should try to pay the mods off to let me back on?

I've gotten banned, but I just created a new account. Luckily I've never been banned on EC.

The only time it would be unfair if you didn't break any rules and got banned for nothing which I had heard happened on this site before but the mods unbanned those people when they realized the mistake . The only thing you can do is talk to a mod about if it was unfair but only if it was in a case where you did nothing wrong . i think suing is taking it a bit to far .

No it wont work they are mods for a forum and you broke its rules they ban people who break its rules to make the forum a better place for people who don't break them. Its highly unlikely and if you try you could get banned forever or laughed at. May I ask if its not too personal how you exactly got banned on that forum? It would help me understand this situation betting since you claim you did nothing wrong.
