Whhhhhhhhatttttt? :lol: I have like zero interest in being a drag queen. I guess because I wasn't selecting the "OMG! That's wrong and sick!" options every time things related to cross dressing popped up and instead chose the "Whatever makes people happy" option, that's how I ended up with this analysis.

There were so many gender stereotypes in this test. It does next to nothing to give a good analysis of gender identity, outside of what cultural stereotypes and expectations a "man" and a "woman" are expected to fulfill.

 

Yeah, a better test would ask questions like: "Do you often fantasize about what it would be like to be of a gender different than your biological sex?"

"Imagine yourself in clothing traditionally reserved for the opposite gender than your biological sex. How does wearing that clothing make you feel?"

"If you could change certain aspects of your physical anatomy, what would it be?"

Etc. Etc.

Instead, we largely get questions like this: "You are out shopping. Are you shopping at the hardware store, or are you getting groceries?"

"What type of car would you prefer, a sports car or a minivan?"

I took the test and posted on the old thread. I just copied and pasted again my results. One thing is that I didn't get any "Notes."

Why did I get no "notes?" I guess I'm a boring gay guy. I think it'll say you have an androgynous brain if you mention you're good with math, maps (stereotypically, women ask directions and men get lost), and writing. But, I agree that this test seems to prey on stereotypes. It did describe me pretty well, but I still think this is a bunch of "mumbo jumbo psycho-bull$&!%."[

This was actually really interesting to be considered as more androgynous. I identify as a female and dress extremely feminine but I tend to engage in androgynous/masculine associated activities like STEM subjects and motorcycle riding and occasionally wear men's clothing. It's really late so all I can say is that this was really insightful.

Stereotype central! That test must believe in testosterone poisoning and that typical women aren't independant! It's awkward; similar to an enthusiastic amateur composer's first piece. I can sense the passion in it. However, I think it just plain sucks! Yes, subjectivity and all that.

I've thought a lot about gender stuff. If 1 = 100% masculine, and 10 = 100% feminine.... on a scale of 1 - 10; my brain processes go from 3 to 6. It depends on the situation.

I'm not sure how accurate this is, and I had to make up a few answers (I'm not going to measure my waist and hips, or any physical feature) I suppose I've wondered about my gender identity for a long time, but I've recently come to terms with it as being Gender Ambivalent, in other words, I don't care about my gender or anyone elses. But to me I feel like I can just keep living however I want to, and refer to myself as male because it's easier. Also gender ambivalent sounds kind of ridiculous to me, so I'm not going to have people refer to me as such. I'd probably only tell someone I was very close to about how I feel. Lately I've been trying to appear more like a man so it will be easier to attract someone. A lot of people think I'm a woman when they first meet me.

I think it's interesting that the test says I'm a mtf transsexual, because I don't exactly have the kind of dysphoria usually associated with that, I'm satisfied enough with my body, although I do wish I was skinnier.
