I don't watch Top Model at all, but this caught my eye and I thought EC would like it. As with any LGBT news story, the comments section provides a mix of inspiration, support, disappointment, and disgust.

Well she's not a bean pole like the rest. Fox news is already in trouble with GLAAD for a news story they ran on this.

i am pretty proud and happy about the "plus-size" girl

even though shes a size 10.

Even though I'm glad a plus-sized girl one, I'm not so happy it was Whitney that won. I watch ANTM religiously and if you followed through the whole cycle, Anya (the runner-up) deserved to win.

I think it's nice that there's a transgendered girl on the next cycle. She looks really pretty and seems to have a shot at winning from the few photos I've seen of her. What makes me angry is when the Fox broadcaster refers to Isis as a 'he'. She clearly stated to be treated and called a woman, even if she is pre-op. You don't have to agree with her life, but you should at least respect her statements.

Thing is, Fox has a problem with respect. Just count the number of times Bill O'Reilly has told a black, homosexual, atheist, Muslim, or democrat to shut up. It's ridiculous how slanted the network is. If you're not a white heterosexual Christian male, you might as well not go on Fox News at all.

fox news really needs to respecr her wishes and call someone the name they wish. we dont call them arrogant, ignorant, racisit, homophobic assholes(to their faces at least), they should at least be able to switch one word.
