Im really against using a lot of pharmacy type drugs, and im more for either taking no meds, or doing some alternative thng, like herbal remedies. Ive never tried it but for my current issue, my mom really wants to put me on some meds, which im VERY against. she agreed to try herbal remedies, but i wanna know if they have worked for other people. |

Alot of prescription drugs are made from herbs also and sometimes you can get in trouble by mixing stuff. I have been taking some herbal stuff for my bursitis which I've had for over a year. The herbal stuff works much better than the prescription anti-inflamatory the doctor gave me. My son worked at a health food store for many years so he knows alot about this stuff. What are you looking to taking herbs for? I have been ordering mine through a company called GotBody online. They have a help line which is very helpful if you have questions about what to take.

Echanaecia : Tastes horrible but it boosts your immune system Spirulina : Also tastes bad, but it's great for people who are iron deficient. Lavender Tea : Very calming and relaxing. Jatamansi, Blue Cohosh, Ginger and Skullcap: Are all good remedies to help irregular periods, also, Parsley has been known to help as well. I personally have peppermint tea on a regular basis. And you can get Ginger tea or you can put ginger in your food which would help with your irregular periods. ![]() Hope this helps.

You need to get to the source of what you are allergic to and then the asthma clears up.

They've been doing it for thousands of years just like what Panda said and I'm sure they cant go wrong with it. Though I wont recommend using only herbal treatments for illnesses. Where I live (lol in asia), they're quite a bit common, but I'm not sure there. Try going to the local china town and have a look around ![]()
