    I've come close, meaning the experience was similar to a standard orgasm you'd get from masturbating, except there was obviously no "mess" - it was purely psychological.

    I believe it absolutely is possible. I've came pretty dang close before. It was a lot more of an intense feeling. It was actually so intense I lost my relaxation and focus, which is probably why I didn't finish

    It's definitely possible, for men and for women. It requires focus and practice; it's like a meditation of sorts. Also, many people don't realize that (for men, that is) orgasm and ejaculation are separate events. It is quite possible to orgasm without ejaculating, and it is possible to ejaculate without much of any orgasm.

    Tantric practices teach this sort of thing (among many others) and there are other techniques that draw on tantra, breathwork, self-hypnosis, and other techniques.

    Because most people learn to masturbate in their early teens, at home, in circumstances where they have to be quiet, they tend to rush through it, and these processes that focus on orgasm without touch can be really helpful in improving both your solo sex experiences as well as your experiences with partners.

    I sometimes wake up in the mornings, with an orgasm. So I know it's possible to reach orgasm without physical touch, but I'm sure it's very hard to accomplish. Maybe with practice one could do it, but I haven't tried it yet so I wouldn't know

    I'm male and I can do it. In fact it became the main way I masturbated after I learned to do it early on in college.

    I still have to get into a certain position, so I can't just do it anywhere. But no penile/prostate stimulation is needed otherwise.

    It's pretty much just masturbating, except I don't rub anything. I just look at porn and 'think' myself off from it. I have to crouch a certain way, penis tucked beneath my legs, and I can't have any clothes touching my crotch.

    My brain is only capable of tricking itself into finishing if nothing is touching really. The absence of stimulation is a vacuum that my thoughts can more easily fill and impose themselves on. They can't compete with rough fabric though.
