Does anyone else suffer from hay fever?

Because right now I feel terrible and I'd like to know I'm not alone :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Oh yes, I have it bad at times.

Anti-histamines sometimes help, but if these are not effective, there are prescription nasal sprays you can use (be careful though as they dry out your nasal passages and then you need a saline spray to keep them hydrated).

I strongly recommend you ask your parents to bring you to see an allergist. This professional can help identify the specific things that make you react, and this way, you can learn to avoid them.

I'm pretty sure that I have developed allergies in the past 5 years.

Either every one of my students is sick or they are being influenced by the pollen in the atmosphere.
