What fast food do you have nearby? What do you like? What don't you like?

In the immediate vicinity of my house, we have a Subway, and that's it. A couple miles down the road, and we have a McDonalds, a Kentucky Fried Chicken, and a Taco Bell. It's kinda out of the way, so I never go there. Where my school is, we have Panda Express, Ikes Sandwiches, Freebird's Burritos, and a Target with a small food court. On campus is Unamas. If Pizza Hut counts as fast food, we have one of those, too.

Panda Express is okay, but pricey. Pizza Hut makes me ill. McDonalds isn't all that bad, and neither is Burger King. Carls Jr. is a bit better. In-N-Out Burger is grossly overrated and not really worth visiting. KFC is all right, but Popeye's is superior in every way.

    Mickey D's
    Burger King
    KFC
    Popeye's

Popeye's is my favorite. Dat fried chicken tho... so good. The skin is crispy. Their biscuits are soft, and they kinda taste sweet. I like that!

KFC's chicken is so gross. It's so bland.

I haven't eaten fast food much lately because I have to watch my diet. I'd rather eat what my mom cooks, which is usually healthier and tastier than fast food anyway.

McDonald's, Sonic, and Wendy's are all just down the road from my house, and my school is right next to both Chick-fil-a and Zaxby's.

As far as the good ol' fashioned burger goes, I love Wendy's. As far as Chick-fil-a versus Zaxby's, it's an ongoing battle down here. Zaxby's has more variety and their chicken seems to be fresher, but nothing really beats a plain chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-a. (Also, shameless plug for Bojangles since my dad is soon to be joining their corporate work forces. Their mac and cheese is fantastic.) I wish we had more Popeye's places around, though.

Sad to hear that In-N-Out isn't any good. I've heard a lot about them, and I've always wanted to try their food.

It's hard to describe the layout of my town, but there's a lot fast food joints near my house, and this area.

    - McDonald's
    - Taco Bell
    - Arby's
    - Wendy's
    - Subway
    - Sonic
    - Kentucky Fried Chicken (home pride, represent!)

If you go out towards the boulevard (less than 10 minutes away from me), which begins to take you into neighboring Tennessee, you'll find:

    - All of the above ^
    - Burger King
    - Captain D's
    - Long John Silver's
    - Dairy Queen
    - Rally's
    - Hardee's/Carl Jr.'s
    - Pizza Hut
    - Chick-Fil-A

I suppose you can count various gas stations, with their questionably-tasting combo meals, too. The only exception to this would be Dodge's, who has some pretty damn awesome chicken. Everything else we have, is more of a sit-down restaurant, so I'm not counting them (Applebee's, Logan's Road House, El Bracero, Cancun's, China King, etc).

As a kid, McDonald's was king. Everything else was okay. But now, while I don't eat it as often as I did as a kid, if I do, it has to be Wendy's. Their spicy chicken sandwiches are the end all, be all.

When it comes to chicken joints... I'm going to be a Benedict Arnold when I say this (sorry, Bluegrass State), but Church's Chicken kills it. It also helps they're joined with White Castle, another fantastic joint.

McDonald's - rarely. Last went over a year ago, and before then, probably 3 years - or longer. Their fries are salty as fuck.
KFC - disgusting. I refuse to eat there.
Burger King - better than the above two. Not as salty or greasy, better quality meat.
Subway - probably my favourite. Love their sandwiches.

There are two or three Taco Bell restaurants in the UK. Wendy's tried and failed for some reason.

It's been over a year since I went to any fast food establishment, but I am partial to a Domino's pizza on an infrequent basis.

Closest thing to me is probably... Pal's. Seriously, tell me if you've been there. It's only in this general area and I wanna know who all has tried it. Mmm...over salted fries are yummy...and it's one of the few places I can get a sandwich without meat. But they put too much mayo on the toasted cheese...

All within 2 miles of my house: Arby's, Tim Horton's, Subway, BK, McDonald's, Rallys/Checkers, Tubby's, Taco Bell, KFC, Wendy's Dunkin' Donuts, Del Taco.

Rallys/Checkers is my favorite, but it is really bad for ya. I have grown to like Subway, especially after improving their bread. I enjoy Del Taco because they have fresh chicken.Tubby's has fresh subs but is somewhat pricey at times.

The rest suck for the most part.

Oh, and I forgot to list the fast food restaurants.

Within 2 miles, we have McDonald's, Pizza Hut and KFC.

Within the city, there is, off the top of my head..

    McDonald's
    KFC
    Burger King
    Pizza Hut
    Domino's Pizza
Krispy Kreme (not sure if this should be included)
    Subway
    Greggs
YO! Sushi (not sure if if this should be included either)
    Barburrito
And soon to be Five Guys

I think that's it as far as big chains are concerned. There are smaller places that have standalone ventures.

    "Close enough"

    Bill Miller's (local BBQ chain)
    Grady's BBQ
    McDonald's
    Burger King
    Sonic
    KFC
    Church's Chicken
    Subway
    Little Caesar's
    Chipotle (never tried it)

I'm sure there are more, but I can't remember any at the moment. They are all "close" but none that I could reasonably walk to. It's easily a several-minute car ride for any of these choices.

We don't have them here, but my cousin from TX raves on them.

They just got up here. Good but not extremely close to me.

I did forget about 5 Guys. I always make sure I'm near a bathroom after eating 5 Guys. It's good, but it will make you pay.

Oh wow, just realized how slutty that sounded. lol.

I don't blame 'em for raving about it, haha.

There is a mcdonalds and a wendy's nearby, but I'm vegetarian so all I could get is fries or a baked potato. What I like getting is the really huge diet coke for a dollar, other than that most of the food makes me too sick and is too unhealthy. I used to eat unhealthy things all the time, but after a while of dieting they stop tasting good.

How could I have forgotten about Whataburger? We also have that nearby. Probably one of the best burger chains I've ever tried. I almost always get the bacon cheeseburger or one of their sandwiches on Texas toast; their patties are delicious and I miss the burger every once in a while my sister is craving McDonald's because all of the other burgers can't compare. Also, their prices are quite reasonable. For the meal, you get the whole regular burger, fries, and drink for under $6.

I live relatively near a city centre, so I have basically every major fast-food shop (MacDonald's, KFC, Ali Baba, Subway etc., fish and chip shops and dozens of smaller places which serve fast-food versions of mostly South and East Asian foods)

However, I can eat basically none of it. Vegans with severe food allergies tend to find it difficult to get fast food. Not to mention that I don't really like fast-food anyway.
