Has anyone here ever heard of the Westboro Baptist Church? They are a church in Kansas run by a anti-homosexual propagandist named Fred Phelps. They go around to various events such as funerals and gay pride rallies and picket them. They have "wonderful" slogans like "God hates fags" and "Thank god for 9/11". They think that everyone besides themselves are going to hell in America for being what they call "Fag enablers", or people that "permit" us to be gay! Hate is a real strong word....but I'm an athiest so I dont beleive I will go to hell for hating a group of people and I HATE the Westboro Babtist Church. They are anti gay, antisemetic, anti catholic, anti mexican. ect. Fred Phelps daughter is starting to take over and actually likes that people hate them. A guy in canada got stabbed and beheaded and they are acutally gonna go protest the poor dead guy for living a "sinful" life. It has never been stated if he is in fact gay or not btw. |

Wow...I've seen Phelps vs. Newscasters, Phelps vs. Comedians, and Phelps vs. British Documentary Makers, but I've never seen one of the Phelpses go off against someone so strongly on the side of homosexuals as Tyra. I think that in an interview with those types of people, there is no point in little power plays where one person talks over the other; it's immature. Rather, let them speak. Let them preach for hours, because it only shows how dumb they are, and getting into bickering arguments with them only brings the interviewer down to their level
