Default A Poem I Wrote

Ok, This is a Poem I wrote back in Highschool. It was about a crush I had on a Guy at the time. People have told me they liked it, so I figured I'd post it here and see what you all think. Also, I'm ok with critisism, if its bad just tell me.

"With Wild Temptations"

With wild temptations,
And vivid imaginations.
Secrets not told,
But low and behold.
For the truth comes out.
And wanders about.
What you keep inside,
Can be seen in you eyes.
With a shimmering light
Burning so bright
Like a thousand fires
With endless desires.
The yern for your touch
May be too much.
I wish to be at your side
And no longer hide,
With burning temptations,
And vivid imaginations.

This is another poem I wrote, When I was really depressed.

"In The Dark"

Deep in the dark, all alone.
I sit by myself on my begotten trown.
I sit and I wait for you to near,
To await the scream i soon will hear.

Death will come to easy the pain.
All your hopes and dreams lie slain.
You sit there and shed a tear.
In that moment I appear.

I take you in your weakest hour.
You fall for my horrific power.
I take you soul, and break your heart.
I leave you there to fall apart.

Deep in the dark, all alone
I sit by myself on my begotten trown.
I sit and I wait it for you to near.
To await the the screem I soon will hear.

Eventualy it gets really painful, can become infected, and inflict perminante damage. When you finally accept what you can not change, and take the contacts out you will be amazed at how much better it feels.

I like the first one, it really captures the feel of the situation.

I cant edit it now, So if a forum administrater wants to come and take off my name I dont mind it being there, but if I don't want to break the rules.

I'm glad that you enjoyed them. I really just wrote what came to me at the time, I did alittle touching up on them, but most of it was just natural flow. Although I have sort of lost my poetic muse. Its been a long time since I wrote anything descent. I think I will always keep these 2 tho.

Very nice work! I especially like the first one, but the second one
is kind of dark and I like that quality about it too.
