    --------------

Personally, it's usually twice in a day (lunch and dinner). I almost always end up skipping breakfast so I don't usually have meat for breakfast, though if I were to eat something in the morning it would be bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs.

    Once at the very most.

I try to avoid meat whenever I can.

I eat meat, but every day is still too excessive. A few times a week.

Prior to my diet change, 2x a day (lunch and dinner). However, I only ate lean meat, e.g. chicken breast, fish without skin, lean cuts of beef.

With my current diet change, I only eat lean meat for dinner. I eat northern beans for breakfast and cottage cheese for lunch.

    Twice for me, usually.

Typical example: Tuna pasta salad for lunch, salmon + new potatoes for dinner.

Usually once, sometimes twice, but I don't eat as much meat as I used to. I eat it anywhere around 2-5 times a week, just barely enough to keep my anemia in check.

Not too often; I go plenty of days without consuming meat. If ever, maybe one, or two meals containing meat throughout a single week although I'd like to cut it completely out of my diet.

I eat meat on a daily basis, every day at breakfast no exceptions. I try to eat less meat for dinner and try alternatives more often though.

Usually twice as part of a balanced diet. Each time, I only eat small amounts.

    Happy days

Depends on the day. I can go a week or more without eating meat, and then eat meat at every meal for several days. I haven't had any meat today or yesterday, and only a little on Saturday. Maybe I'll have some with dinner. Maybe not. I haven't decided.

I grew up vegetarian. I can survive perfectly fine without meat, but I do enjoy a good steak. And bacon. Mmmm, bacon. Oooh, and chicken. Not a fan of seafood, though! A bit of a shame because my town is definitely a fishing town.

If I average it out over a month, probably once a day.

Voted "none". I am not a die hard vegetarian, but I tend to live as a vegetarian much of the time. It's not unusual to eat zero meat in a given week, and I have gone many months without eating any.

Maybe a few times a month if there are no more preferable alternatives. I'm basically vegetarian. Just don't really care for meat much. Never did.

Once, maybe twice. I never eat meat for breakfast, I usually go with cereal or toast. I try to not eat as much red meat as I used to, so I usually eat chicken when I do eat meat.

One, sometimes none... Depends on what we're eating for dinner.
