I was there, it was incredible. :icon_wink There were many people supporting LGBT people, holding flags on the balconies, supporting from the shops etc. , Istanbul was like full of rainbow during that time. I took some photos Some of the things banners say are "Woman to woman", "bisexuals exist", "homosexuals exist", "we are here, get used to it".. http://imageshack.com/a/img823/7827/oo5ml.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img819/4268/8k4pk.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img849/1337/myr5.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img834/6132/14ui.jpg http://imageshack.com/a/img843/8181/jntsp.jpg
That's good ! The Muslim community needs to open their eyes and see being gay or trans is not a sin. We need to change the ignorant mind of my brothers and my sisters . I'm dating a muslim trans man
Actually, it's not something new for the country. It's started in 2003 as the first predominantly Muslim country for LGBT pride parade to be held in. People say that each year, there are even more and more people joining the pride parade.
