I think we, as a community, should make a day as a "Coming Out" or "Brave" day. Try and get the word out to make it bigger, a specific day (for example, August 13th) where people that have been hiding and just waiting for a chance to come out but kept saying "tomorrow ill do it" and never do it, they can lead themselves up to that day and bravely say "I am Gay/Cis/Trans/Bi ect.." to anybody they feel like they want to tell. I needed a day like this as i kept doing the whole "I'll wait till next week" then next week came and i would find an excuse not to. But if there was an actual day, there would be no excuse, it would be THE day to do it. Kind of like a "Good Luck" day and the community can be proud of each newcomer to the world. And for all of us people that are already out, we can just have fun and kind of mini-celebrate it. Sort of like "Gay Pride" festivals, although thats different for every country.
Well if we do have a brave day it should be on March 4th because it is the only day of the year that is also an action. Lets all march fourth on march 4th. March 4th better than October 11.
