When your friend (Who doesn't know that you are into men) asked you "Why don't you have a girlfriend yet?"

Let's say you are not ready to come out to him yet.

What would you say? It could be funny one or it could be serious too:thumbsup:

    No pressure:thumbsup:

  2. i mess with their minds by being ambiguous. I usually say "Im not into that" which makes them think well he isnt into what? dating or girls? then they get this wicked confused look its great!

I just say "don't know" and change the subject. They don't know who doesn't know what :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I've really never had to come up with an excuse - but if I did, it wouold probably be "I'm way too choosey for my own good..."

I went to a small high school, so it was pretty easy to use the excuse that no one in my school was attractive. In college, I said I was too focused on my classes. And, for those times when someone would point out a specific girl to me and ask my opinion, I'd either just kind of go along with it or give some excuse why she wasn't appealing to me (high maintenence looking was a good one for that).

They're too expensive and high maintenance. First they want you to take them out to nice restaurants, then buy them presents, and before long they want you to spend every waking momement with them. But if they find someone better, they just dump you like yesterday's trash.

Mmmm... I have many excuses. See, girls here are not very ladylike. So, excuse number 1: "they are no different from guys". They always try to tie you up to them. Excuse number 2: "I want freedom". They often think they're the hottest human beings in the world. Excuse number 3: "They aren't hot". They're often incredibly dumb, so much that it pisses me off. Excuse number 4: "They're stupid". It seems that all of them here are sluts. Excuse number 5: "I prefer them shy".

And many more. I know there are girls who aren't like that but I have yet to meet one personally.

If I ever get asked about girlfriends, I just say that they cost too much money, its true. But I do have this friend, (girl) who is really crazy and we always "razz" each other and talk loosely, and she asked me out to a dance. I kinda paused, then simply said, "Well, you aren’t really my type" then cocked my head to the side and smiled. She asked "well, what is your type?" So very sarcastically I said, "the type with a penis." Afterwards I could not believe that I just said that, she was the first person I came out to, and I didn’t mean to, we just have quirky personalities like that.

  13. Wow, i would have either 1) backpedaled my ass off or 2) swallowed a jug of vodka to forget it happened lol. At least it didnt go bad

Wow... I find the misogyny in some of these reasons pretty shocking. Some of you guys have a really skewed understanding of women.

I'd recommend an answer that doesn't make a big deal/ judges women.

How about saying: I'm too shy.

To avoid a date with a girl I tell her I have footy training or something like that.
