Any crafters out there?

I made a duct tape wallet once for my dad. It was pain staking, but the result was incredible. I loved how it turned out. What ended up killing it after months of use? I made it during the cooler months of fall. It survived daily abuse until it started getting hot again next year. My dad left it in his car one day and when he came back, the glue had melted and the whole thing kinda ripped apart. :'c I was sad. I wasn't too upset though because he had left his cell phone next to the wallet and the LCD screen actually got so hot that it burst open on the side and leaked the liquid crystal out of the side of the screen. That was one HOT car.

 

I like to do sewing projects from time to time. I'm into making cosplays/costumes and I also used to make stuffed animals, though I haven't done that in awhile.

 

I used to sew a lot, and I draw a lot too. I actually got paid to make some skirts and dresses once, it was pretty fun.

 

I have made them loom bands lol.

 

I sew a little, I know how to work a forge, know how to work metal and rivets, a bit of leatherwork... none of that on a professional level though.

Had to learn it to be able to keep my kit in shape myself.

 

I used to be very very fond of beading a few years ago but I just lost the drive somehow somewhere. I also used to quite like embroidery.

I am terrible at creating anything artistic. So sadly no.

 

I love the rainbow loom! Although I think I've settled down a bit now that I've had it for a few months.

 

Anything mechanical and I LOVE it, I have tried to use duct tape before, but I ended up ripping all the hair off my arm...:eusa_doh:

 

I used to help out at a home for Disabled adults with various disabilities and I loved making stuff like cards pictures with various stuff like beads, straws,and different textured materials .got allot of pleasure from helping them make something .

 

I make chainmail jewelry, voodoo dolls and plushies.

 

I used to do a lot of knitting, some sculpting with clay, and weaving on a loom (could only make potholders, lol). Later I got into sewing and making cosplays.

I make finger scarfs, i'm good at drawing, and painting.

 

I love crafts and try to do them as much as I can in my free time. I love working with beads and I also enjoy knitting, although I'm trying to get better at it. I'm trying to teach myself more needle crafts like sewing, crocheting, etc.

 

I used to make medieval chainmail but am trying to move on to medieval helms.

 

I LOVE knitting. I started last summer and have gotten pretty good at it. I do other little crafts (like when I was younger, before I went vegetarian, I made fishing lures), but knitting is the main one.

 

I've made a few huge crocheted blankets for family members. It's a great craft to get into if you can get the hang of it.
It's also a great christmas gift. They appreciated it more than anything else I've ever given to them.

 

Does knitting count ?
