I was talking with my boyfriend yesterday about roller coasters. I am in the It Depends group.

I can ride them, as long as my feet are touching something and there are no loops. I simply do not like the idea of my feet dangling, and for the loops. I was on one once, and we went through a loop and the harnesses came undone for my brother and I(not sitting beside each other either). We both seriously thought we were going to die. Since then, no loops, period!!!!

The thing I'm scared of are the super steep drops. I like loops, but if the drop is too steep I'd be scared.

The only one I wouldn't go on is one that has loops and is in the dark. If I'm going to be upside-down, I need to be able to see that it's coming and anticipate it. Other than that, hell yes.

I'm not afraid of heights. I'm afraid of falling.

Having that said, all roller coasters I have been on plagues me with the illusion that I am or will fall, even the stupid little kiddy ones.

    So no. Never. :tears:

I fucking love them. I once went on one called (in spanish) literally, hell.

As for steep drops, yes, they are terrifying. But I like that in a roller coaster.

Never again will I get on one of those contraptions, unless, it is low to the ground. Then again, I might not even do that.

I LOVE roller coasters and will ride almost any except for the ones that just have one bar over your legs to keep you in your seat. I fell a hell of a lot safer if they also have the shoulder harness.

I hate heights and going at really fast speeds. The last time I went on one, I really hurt my neck. Nope, not at all.

It's definitely a 'no' for me. I'm terrified of rollar coasters, even the very tame ones. When I was younger my parents would force me to ride rollar coasters every time we went somewhere we could. They said they hoped it would help me become braver, since I've always been so easily frightened. I'm pretty sure it made me weaker though. >.<

I love them. Funny story, when I was 15 and my brother was 10 my mom and I and my aunt and her wife went to Islands of Adventure at Universal in Orlando, Florida. Toward the end of the day, we thought we were putting my brother on the kiddie ride in the just-opened "Wizarding World of Harry Potter" area of the park. We stood in line for two hours and it wasn't until we were strapped in that we realized we had put my brother who's terrified of anything that goes over 5 miles an hour or upside down, on the main attraction:

He came off that ride shaking like a leaf.

As for Cedar Point, I've never been on the Dragster because every time I was there it was either broken or closed due to wind, and the worst ride for anyone that's got a penis is the Mantis. You're strapped onto a bike seat standing straight up, and when the g's hit, you can feel it pulling at the insides of your legs...

But one of my favorites there is the Magnum. I still remember being with the church group and taking flak as we were about to go down the first hill I'm like, "Fuuuuuuuuuuuck!"

I love rollercoasters, as long as they're not too steep, high or have any loops/upside-down parts.

A few weeks ago I visited the "Europa Park" and rode the Silverstar.
I thought I die but after the third time it was kind of boring.
But the moment when you're 70m high and falling almost straight down is horrible.
    Soo, I give a clear yes:grin:

I just to never want to go on roller coasters that go upside down or have loops, but once I went on, I had so much fun. Its so thrilling and exciting.

I just don't care for them. It's not because I'm afraid of them. It's because I don't like going places where there are tons of people just to ride rides.
