So sorry to keep posting messages about the first time ive been to gay clubs or bars but do feel the need to tell people!! Well, yesterday after the LGBT social group was cancelled some of us headed into the gay scene in London and went to G.A.Y. As the name suggests its a gay club.

Now i cant believe how fantastic it was in this place. Not intimidating at all, it was just truly amazing. I met and danced with some really hot guys and like ive said before in the last 10 years or so ive been going clubbing ive had a handful of girls come up to me. In this club i was there 1 and a half hours and danced up close and personal with 4 different guys. It all just felt so comfortable.

This feeling is quite truly amazing!!

Gay clubs are fun, but the music is always WAY too loud for my tastes...

I've always found them fun

I've seen quite a few posts here saying 'be careful, you could get drugged and raped' and stuff like that but theres more dancing and flirting going on than drugging (not that I've ever seen anyone getting drugged in a club..).

i love going. but one of my really good friends got drugged at one in atlanta that's the reason i've said to be careful. but that was one time out of like a thousand?

did u try G-A-Y Late?
i was a bit disappointed when me & my mate headed to soho for a wkend & we went to male dominated places - gr8 for him obviously.
someone reccommended (a tad late) that we head to G-A-Y cuz theres wot?a girls floor? but G-A-Y Late was mainly men...

Yes it was G.A.Y late the one thats open from 11-3. it was mostly men in there. a few women though. Never actually been to the actual G.A.Y, might need to be the next one!

ha bad times in G-A-Y late.i'd never been anywhere like it b4 (been to gay nite where i live but thats not much!) so i was kinda poor with the ladies.so it didnt work out with one...next nite...wud u look at whose on the door frisking me!!!!!!ohhh the embarassment

ive never been to one, but id really love to go to one. maybe i should casually mention to my friends we should go for a laugh or something, but when they are drunk so they dont read anything into it. lol

There is a gay club/bar the next town from me. I never went to any bar or club by myself. I am thinking of going. If I do it would be solo.

well, when i went with people from a LGBT social group that i have just joined. I havent got any friends at all who i know to be gay so i was considering going on my own. To be truthful it is easier knowing you are with other people as you can dance with someone but i did see plenty of people on their own and everyones seemed friendly enough just to boogie and have a good time.

the gay scene where i live realllllly isnt much but we have become regulars at gay night
so it was amazing when i hit soho in london (not with a lot of success but i wasnt prepared)
but i'm definately heading back to manchesters canal street.omg!!

Eventualy it gets really painful, can become infected, and inflict perminante damage. When you finally accept what you can not change, and take the contacts out you will be amazed at how much better it feels.
