I was just wondering what the feeling is like in the lgbt community about RuPaul's Drag Race. For those who don't know it, it's basically America's Next Top Model but for Drag Queens. I rather like it, I've been binge watching all the seasons with my mum on Netflix for the last few days (!)
My mom made me watch it a few years ago when Raja (I can't remember how to spell her name) and Manila were in it, then I watched the one that had Sharon Needles. Haven't watched any of the others because I went through a period where I was ashamed to watch that show. I'm ashamed to admit that I was ashamed to watch it, but now I just don't watch it because I don't enjoy how... "flamboyant" it is, I guess. Nothing against gay men or drag queens (I'd be a hypocrite), it's just not the type of show I enjoy. I don't watch much TV to begin with, also.
Well, First Id like to say that I feel every one should be entitled to do what ever it is they want. I have nothing against gay-men or even crossdressers, I just don't find "drag queens" attractive, their not my type. thus why I don't watch it. I am however attracted to androgynous people or any person who looks female.
