I've managed to conclude that I'm a Biromantic Ace(Asexual) and I kind of feel alone because nobody else in my family is an Ace that I know of. I don't have any friends that are aces, and I certainly haven't met another ace in my local neighborhood. I kind of feel alone. Are there other aces on the EC forum? Thanks.

You're an ace if you do not experience sexual attraction. You can have a libido (sex drive) and still be an ace, but having sex would have nothing to do with finding anybody sexually attractive.

I'm not super sexual, but that's because I truly believe that sex should be with someone who you love. So I'm definitely not asexual.

I'd love to represent Asexuality in the next pride parade for my area.

For some weird reason i thought that you meant a Flying ace
as in somebody who made 5 air to air kills.

I heard demisexuality is a degree of asexuality but I'm not sure .

    Hi.

I identify as gay though, as it's easier to understand than "homoromantic asexual" for most people.

I usually tell people that Im gay as well but then Ill say that Im also asexual. Usually I then have to further explain what that is.

I might be ace. I mean I don't experience sexual attraction, but I have had sex, more for the stimulation than for the person or even necessarily the experience. I used to be more comfortable identifying as ace, until I had a few boyfriends that were offended by the notion that I didn't feel attracted to them sexually. Now I'm pretty much just mixed up with a begrudging distaste for labels.

I lie somewhere between grey-a and demisexual, perhaps both. All I know is that I'm not entirely sexual, yet do I even know what sexual attraction actually is. But it's easier to just explain being pan, since the asexual stuff only really matters when I'm talking with a (potential) sexual partner.
