I think I want to call the Trevor Project Lifeline but I'm way too scared. My heart is pounding, my palms are sweaty, and I'm breathing heavily and uncontrollably. I'm so nauseous... :tears: :help:

Something I always do when I'm really nervous but want to do something is just try and think about something else and then just dive into it. If you really want to do I then you should dive in

Please just do it! If you don't, then you'll be regretful for not doing it! It'll be alright and there is nothing to worry about .

  6. It'll be fantastic. The best way to beat fear is to do whatever it is you're scared of. The more scary things you do, other things won't seem as scary like they did before.

I've called before. You have nothing to worry about, and I'm dreadfully afraid of talking to people. It's very easy.

Everybody who has called there has been at least somewhat scared to call...and the people on the other line are well-aware of that. They'll help you through it.
