    Morning comrad.

I agree, I hate all those things, I prefer either my name, or mate.

Fuck yeah it started with not liking being called 'buddy' or 'son' (except from my Dad) and now, minimum, the male pronouns feel a little gross applied to me.

Male pronouns are he, his, him.

I think you mean masculine pronouns, or masculine titles? You could call a girl bro. you can call a boy sweety or darling.

I'd rather being called baby or sweetie lol!

But in spanish they call you "viejo" which means dude but literally it means "old man"

Sorry, dude. Gonna have to watch my language from now on. Just ignore us, okay, buddy? Don't let it get to you, bro.

    ...

(In Spanish, you can also use vato. But I don't know if there's a second meaning to it.)
    (also, i'm a little sorry)

EDIT: Seriously, though, if it really bothers you, I'll try not to use it on you. It's a bit hard to get out of the habit, but I'll manage.

I don't mind buddy but dude/bro/man cause me a lot of social dysphoria, so I kinda get where you're coming from.

I'm the opposite... I like it when acquaintances call me buddy, dude and bro and hate sweetie and darling. Can't blame them, it's an automatic thing for some people, but... blech. Even before I knew I was trans, I hated it.

"Sweetie" and "darling" are disgustingly patronizing. "Buddy" isn't far off.

Dude and bro are OK with me, and I use it a lot (in addition to "man") but if someone's telling me to stop, there's no reason for me to keep going.

In real life I just go gender neutral with this kind of appellation unless I know they prefer something. Polite conversation is polite.

I usually just resort to a 'sup' in online games, followed by a suggestion that we find things and then shoot them in the face. Alternatively I will stress the necessity of fucking bitches and then getting paid. (n00bs=bitches in this incredibly nuanced metaphor)

    I love all these, sorry.

I call all kinds of people "dude" and get called the same by others. It's very common in Southern California.

Only my closest straight guy friends call me "bro" and it makes me feel one of them, so I like it.

"Buddy" I mainly hear from guys older than me, but I find it kind of cute, so I like it as well.

I don't mind dude, bro, dawg, or buddy. I really don't like son, for the reasons that Bolt35 listed. Especially when the individual is younger than me. "Boy" too is something I dislike. I'm not your boy/son, so stop with that nonsense already!

Also 'Boy' has connotations of inequality on more than one level, doesn't it? Especially if multiple ethnic/cultural groups are involved.
