Okay, so I know there are tons of lesbians and bisexual women on this site who are told they "don't look gay" or that they're too pretty to be a lesbian etc etc etc, and yesterday I was shopping and I came across this t-shirt with "Nobody knows I'm a lesbian" on it, and it made me think of all you guys

I know you've probably come across it before, but it made me smile so I thought I'd share it. Maybe I should buy it for a night out? :eusa_danc

    Sure, why not?!?

I have a lot of sympathy for invisible queer women. They get all of the discrimination and none of the benefits of being bisexual or lesbian (that is, other queer women tend not to get a "read" on them).

It frustrates the hell out of one of my dear friends.

I've never seen it, but it sure would be funny to see the reactions you get from wearing that shirt. XD

I have seen women wearing that t-shirt, and every single time I see it, it makes me laugh! Often I'll smile at the person weating it. It is so funny!

Also, it's great to stand up and be counted in such a way (if that's what you want).

Or, you could say it's ironic when you want to be invisible, and let it show, if you want to meet girl? hehe

I'm kinda tempted to get one....but I'm not out, so I'd have to wear it on a night out to a gay bar or something...as last time went, I'm pretty sure no-one had any clue :eusa_doh:

Also, I'd like one with a bit more of a design to it. ooh! My neighbour is super arty and clever! I'll come out to her and ask her to make me one lol Like I'd have the confidence to try it either!

Also, looking online there are "nobody knows I'm gay" ones for the fellas out there...there's probably others too

Go for it, but beware of stares from creepy straight men haha. I recently bought Panic At the Disco's HRC shirt that's tie-dye and says "girls love girls and boys" and got tons of stares from older dudes and one even said "I love your shirt." So be ready I guess hahaha.

I saw a "Stealth Lesbian" one for us invisibles. I recently saw a "Stealth Butch" T-shirt and my wife and I had the same reaction, which was pretty much "what Butch is stealth???" The shirt was pretty funny cause the gal wearing it was NOT stealth at all.

I used to have that t-shirt. Got told by my head teacher that it was obscene and not appropriate for children.

It was actually the reaction I was going for. Long time ago, though. I was about 14.

I've actually been looking online for it, and the only thing holding me back is that I'd have to come out or start doing my own washing! I'm so lazy lol
