Should I dye my hair?

I feel like the appropriate answer here is "Almost always yes." Pix would be neat.

Haha, yeah. I like it when my friends dye their hair, it looks so cool all the time. I'm tempted to do it myself but nah.

Compromise! I think purple would look nice, but either would also look good!

Being a redhead is already pretty unique, but if you want to dye your hair for fun, there is nothing wrong with it. If you post your pic and are not fully out to everyone, there is a remote chance that someone who knows you might see your picture here. Some people who are fully out seem to use their own pictures as avatars, but who knows if that is really them? If it is not appropriate, the moderators will probably pull it, but I suspect that if it is OK with you, it will be OK with them, or you can ask.

 

Guys with pink hair are hawt. Bonus points for nail polish on this one lol.

 

Sure, why not? If it makes you happy, then you should do it. I personally wouldn't dye my hair, but in your case, it sounds really cool .

 

Dying your hair a funky colour is always a good idea! Hahha. If you are nervous you could always start doing the tips/bangs/stripes and see if you like the look that it gives. If in doubt, go blonde with blue and pink strips in it (!)

I've contemplated dyeing my hair, but it's really dark, and I don't want to damage it or stress it out. Plus, I prefer natural colours (blonde, red, brown, black etc).

I've been dying mine from borderline salt-and-pepper back to my natural jet black, and that's a look I don't think I'll ever relinquish. However 20 years from now, I'll have to wear a hat after I get my haircut until I can get home and dye it from total gray back to black.

tbh thats basically the look Im going with I think.. except instead of blonde ontop its black XD cause I dont wanna bleach my hair too much ;^; So im just gonna do my bangs XD

 

If you do make sure you are not allergic to it my friend had a reaction. It wasn't nice.

 

By all means yes! I've had numerous colors over the years, and it was always fun. Plus, do it now, while you can...later in life, depending on jobs and stuff, you may not be able to.
