As a sect of a major religion, or a religion itself?

Unitarian Universalists are probably the most pro-LGBT sect. Buddhism would probably be the most accepting as a major religion.

I was raised in the catholic church and can say it's not going to be islam, Catholicism, Hinduism etc.

You could try Buddhism - if I had to choose 1 religion I would choose that.

I pray to the giant rainbow unicorn in the sky - in reality I have no religion.

Do you need a religion? You can be a good person without it - as long as you are moral/ethical and follow the law what's the issue?

I would say Buddhism. Paganism and Wiccan is good too, I hear. So is the Pastafarian community (FSM Flying Spaghetti Monster). :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: (!)

Buddhism probably. Unitarian Univeralism isn't really a religion, just a church, but it's very supportive of LGBTQ+. Basically, it's a non religious church. There are Christians, Buddhists, Atheists, and others who go there. It focuses on awareness, mindfulness, and making the most of your life.

Raëlism definitely: "The Raelian movement defends the rights and freedoms of gays and lesbians, recognises gay marriage and ordains gay clergy." (From and more on Wikipedia Raëlism)

Pastafarianism is also very accepting I have been told.

There are gay/ transgendered deities in Hinduism.

Buddhism teaches you to give up all earthly desires so it's not anti-gay, it's anti-sex basically.

North American Native religions believed in a "two-spirit", who was basically a gay person, and was held with one of the highest regards in the community. They would sleep with both the males and females of the tribe.

Anything Abrahamic is going to be horrid. That's Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, they should all be wiped off the face of the planet.

I'm not a Christian, nor an Athiest, but I think I'm going to switch to Buddhism. I recommend it for you. It's not so much a religion, it's more of a strong belief. I learned about it in World History, and I've done a lot of research. Maybe you could look into it?
