For everyone out there who just thinks that Obama and McCain are the only two candidates don't think that. There are several third parties out there. Here's a list of all the candidates. You guys can pull your own info decisions about them.

    Constitution Party:
    Pres--Chuck Baldwin
    VP--Darrell L. Castle

    Libertarian Party:
    Pres--Bob Barr
    VP--Wayne Allyn Root

    Green Party:
    Pres--Cynthia McKinney
    VP--Rosa A. Clemente

    Socialist Party:
    Pres--Brian Moore
    VP--Stewart Alexander

    No Party:
    Pres--Richard Duncan VP--Ricky Johnson
    Pres--Ralph Nader VP--Matt Gonzolez

    Write In Candidates:
    Pres--Donald K. Allen VP--Christopher D. Borcik
    Pres--Jonathan Allen VP--Jeff Stath
    Pres--James R. Germalic VP--Martin Wishnatsky
    Pres--Alan L. Keyes VP--Brian Rohrbough
    Pres--Platt Robertson VP--Scott Falls
    Pres--Joe Schriner VP--Dale Way

If you have any questions for me about them or the parties, ask away. I'll try to answer everything to the best of my knowledge.

Nope. Cuz he's not third party. He's republican and didn't make the nomination. Dang it. I probably would of voted him. He was asked to be the running mate to one of these guys but declined.

Really, I don't understand why have third parties. There is exactly zero chance of any of them winning the presidency. Do the indecisive voters just need something to do? I don't get it.

I think third party candidates are a good option but in this day and age there isn't a chance of them winning the presidency. The two main parties dominate America and I picture it staying that way for a while longer. Although some (not all) third party candidates have good ideas for this country.

I need to make a correction. These candidates are only on Ohio's ballot and several other states. Check in your state to see who you third party candidates are. You can go to the county Board of Elections and they can give you the whole list.

Bob Barr is an absolute embarrassment to the Libertarian party.

And Wander, the real point of them running is to get their ideas out there. Maybe two molds isn't enough.
